Payment option in buying on www.virtualnarealita.com: bank transfer in advance or cash when you receive the dispatch.
Bank transfer in advance:
As soon as the payment will come to our bank account, we will contact you concerning the convenient time and the address for sending the ordered product. The product will be delivered to you by the specialist, who will deliver, install the 3D printer and will train you for the appropriate using (the training lasts approx. 2 hrs).
Cash payment (when receiving the product):
In 24 hrs after the order we will contact you concerning the convenient time and the address for sending the ordered product. The product will be delivered to you by the specialist, who will deliver, install the 3D printer and will train you for the appropriate using (the training lasts approx. 2 hrs). You will be contacted based on the contact details you fill in the order. By receiving the dispatch pls.prepare your ID card and cash money that is necessary to pay to the courier, who will deliver the dispatch in agreed time.
Guarantee, „post-guarantee“ service and technical support are obvious.
Delivery term: 3D printers are delivered by the specialist usually in 7 – 14 days from the order.

The company is registered in The Trade Register Bratislava I, vl. č. 42225/B, odd. Sro
("seller") and buyer.
The object of the agreement is buying and selling of the products on the web site of the seller`s eshop.
Agreement parties agreed the by the buyer confirms by sending the order that he accepts these General sales conditions.
2. Purchase agreement
The order is accepted by the seller by sending the confirmation email to the buyer.
The order can be canceled by sending the cancelation by email in 24 hrs from the order. In thi case when the buyer already made the bank transfer, the money will be sent back to his bank account.
Rights and responsibilities of the seller
The seller is responsible for:
- the delivery of the ordered product(s) in agreed amount, quality and time and send him in appropriate safety pack,
- ensurance that the delivered product(s) is (are) in accordance with the Law of Slovak Republic,
- deliver with the dispatch latest the requested documnents (Certificate of guarantee, Bill of delivery, invoice).
The seller has right for the payment from the buyer in the required time.
The seller has right to cancel the order if the out of stock appears or he is not able to deliver the product in agreed time or for the price written in the eshop, if he does not agree with the buyer in other way.
3 SK company is allowed to verify the buyer`s identity or the identity of the authorized persons in case when the payment is made by bank transfer in advance or by invoice with the payment term.
Rights and responsibilities of the buyer
The buuyer is responsible for:
- takeover the buyed or ordered product(s),
- paying the agreed price in the requested term,
- not to spoil the good trade name of the seller,
- confirmation the delivery of the dispatch by his signature or by the signature of the authorized person.
The buyer has right to get the goods in the amount, quality, time and address agreed by the contract parties in the order confirmation.
Delivery and payment conditions
The seller is required to deliver the ordered product(s) in 3 days from the day he receives the product from the supplier, the buyer accepts this delivery term.
The buyer is required to receive the dispatch in address, which is agreed in the order confirmation. If the buyer does not receive the ordered product(s) in 7 days from the agreed delivery term, the selle has right to charge storage fee 20,- € for each day of the product(s) storing. After 14 days from the date when the buyer has to receive the product, the seller has right to cancel the purchase contract and to sell the product(s) to the another person. After the sell to other person the seller has right to send invoice for storing to the buyer.
The seller has right to deliver the ordered product(s) earlier than the delivery term written in the purchase contract.
The delivery address is written in the order confirmsation send to the buyer by the seller, if the parties do not agree in another way.
The buyer will receive the invoice by email. If the Certificate of guarantee is needed, it will be attached to the dispatch.
Payment possibilities: Cash by receiving the dispatch, bank transfer, bank deposit to the seller`s bank account.
All reclamations, guarantee service or „post-guarantee“ service is solved by the supplier Academy X company, Radlinského 27 Bratislava 811 07, (contact: 00421-2-21 299 370) by the repairation or by change for the new pc.

The buyer can reclaim only the faults he was not informed about by the seller.
